Sports at SGSU
We encourage you to get involved in sports during your time at St George’s. It is THE BEST way to make friends and also to meet senior students. Our sports teams are friendly and welcoming and as well as taking part in sports you'll have the opportunity to socialise with your team mates and celebrate your sporting achievements. Our teams compete at the highest levels and recent victories have included both our Football and Men’s Rugby Teams winning the BUCS finals.
Wednesday night is sport circles night, where all the teams at George’s go to the Dragon Bar to celebrate their victories; it is always a great night with an amazing atmosphere!
