Pole Fitness is a fun, challenging sport that combines many different forms of exercise from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training. It has many benefits, such as increasing strength and flexibility and building self-esteem. You won’t realise that you're working out but you will definitely see and feel the results!
We’re a really friendly bunch, all shapes and sizes and abilities, ranging from complete beginners up. We are very lucky that for the past few years, we’ve been working with a fab instructor, Judith, who really puts us through our paces!

We train every Monday: 6pm - 7pm (beginners) and 7pm - 8pm (beginners and advanced) in the Alastair Hunter Room.
