Netball
St George’s Netball Club is the biggest female sports club at the University. We have four competitive teams all competing in both the University of London League and BUCS. We cater to the needs of experienced players, who have played at high levels throughout school and university, as well as beginners who are interested in trying out netball. Over the last few years we have developed a recreational team who play other universities and clubs in social and non-competitive games.
We are a friendly and welcoming team and organise several social events during the year. We are always represented well at the weekly sports circles event and enjoy celebrating our team's achievments with the other sports teams. We organise an unforgettable tour experience that is great fun and gives us the oportunity to get together as a team away from our studies. We also attend other social sporting events throughout the year and partake in a social summer league.
