Graduation Ball

About the event

We are pleased to invite you to St George’s University of London’s 2024 Medics Graduation Ball. 

The ball will be hosted at the prestigious Royal College of Physicians, Regents Park. Starting at 6:15pm, you wil receive a glass of Prosecco on arrival with a drinks reception in either the incredible Dorchester Library or the beautiful Royal College Gardens, weather permitting . 

The drinks reception will include an hour of unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks with canapés served between 6:45pm - 7:45pm. A seasonal 3-course meal will be served within the Osler-Long Room accompanied by half a bottle of wine per person. 

The evening will conclude with a DJ set and dancing with carriages at midnight.

This will be an incredible way to celebrate our next steps to becoming doctors as well as be a fitting end to our time at St George’s. 

Tickets are £130 per person, £40 initial deposit followed by a £90 final payment.

Menus and meal options will be announced shortly. There will be vegetarian/vegan/halal/gluten free/dairy free options. You will be able to confirm any other dietary requirements or allergies on the meal option form.  A seating plan will be made available prior to the event. 

There is also a cloakroom available as well as full disabled access if that is something that you may require. 

Each final year student is entitled to 1 ticket as well as 1 plus one ticket. There are limited tickets available, so please don't delay purchasing your ticket. Tickets for current P year / intercalating P/F years as well as alumni will be available from Tuesday 19th March.
