Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai Kickboxing is a martial art form that originated in Thailand. It’s the science of 8 limbs. You use your hands, feet, elbows and knees as striking tools. It's also a great workout to improve your flexibility and core body strength.
It doesn't matter if you have no previous experience with Kickboxing because you will be taught by the instructor from scratch.
After every 8 sessions you can apply to get graded if you want to.
Here is an example of the sort of routine you will be required to perfect to get a white belt.
And here is what you could be doing with (a lot) more practice!
If you keep at it, you could get to a black belt in as little as two and a half years.
