RAG is underway!! We are jam packed with activities and prizes this RAG fortnight. Get involved and help us raise money for chairty whilst winning some fantastic prizes for yourself. Contact the charities officers if you have any questions or just wanna get involved!

Continue work on the library refurbishment with design sign offs starting to take place. The walls and some new group study spaces are being made. New walls are being made to accomodate for 24/7hour access to the library.

Working towards a Co-curricular SGUL award for students to properly acknoweldge all extra-curricular activities that students partake in. From being an elected officer/year rep to one-off volunteering/attendance or participation in certain specific university run events. e.g education day. We hope this will not only increase engagement of students across the university but also improve staff and student relationships.

SU Senate meeting was on Tuesday 11th where we discssed across board-SGUL issues. Andy Kent, Dean of Education, attended the meeting giving more insight into the institutional restructure and its affect on quality of education provided. Issues around extending base room and physio labs to later hours is ongoing.

The SU have been speaking to the university about looking for long term sports facilities! Watch this space.
