Stressed? Anxious? Need a study group? You may have heard that Mindfulness – the ability to be fully present in the moment – can have numerous benefits from decreased stress to increased productivity. It’s true!
With a focus on targeting isolation, this year due to the great pandemic of 2020, the Mindfulness Society welcomes anyone who wishes to join with open arms! Our community brings to you multiple platforms to practice mindfulness; traditional mindfulness (meditation, yoga, de-stressing techniques), education (support study sessions, useful resources, external speakers and experts), community (fun events, fundraising) and opportunity (volunteering, networking and making connections).
