A message from the COMMUNICATIONS Officers
Hi Everyone, Ruth, Sarah and Joe here! There isn't much to report right now so we've put together the Fresher's Weeks calendars for GEP and Undergrad freshers
and a short interview with the brand new President, Corey Briffa. We would like to welcome our new Top 4 into office, and wish them all the best this year.
In the coming months we will be working hard to make the newsletter meet your needs more, therefore we would like some inout from different societies for example,
Top Tips for a calm morning from Wellbeing Society, or a book review from Game Soc. If you have any ideas or would like to contribute, please let us know at
media@su.sgul.ac.uk!

Top 10 Attractions in tooting
Our very own SGUL International Society put together a list of Tooting's Top 10!
Their president for 15/16, Hugo Lai said "Tooting has changed dramatically and for the better since I began my medical degree here over four years ago - the options for eating, drinking and entertainment have grown exponentiall. While the old favourites like Lahore Karahi still provide excellent value and an authentic Tooting experience for international students, it’s great to see the diversity of winners and new arrivals in this year’s Tooting Top Ten”.
THE TOP TEN
10. Chicken Shop
9. Tooting Leisure Centre
8. The Manor Bar & Grill
7. Graveney & Meadow
6. The Castle Pub & Restaurant
5. Tooting Market
4. The One Stop Shop, St George’s Grove
3. Lahore Karahi
2. Kaspas Desserts
1. Honest Burger
Do you agree? Let us know!
