This entitles me to use the music room for personal use until 1st August 2015. I agree to use the music room in keeping with SGSU rules, regulation and policy. I understand that smoking and alcohol consumption in the Music Room is prohibited by law and I agree to keep the room clean and tidy at all times. I agree to inform SGSU immediately if I find damages or missing items. I understand that failure to comply with the above may result in my membership being suspended or revoked at any point.
