Dragon Card – Frequently asked questions
- Who is eligible to register for a Dragon Card?
SGUL students, alumni and SGUL/Trust staff can apply for a Dragon Card.
A valid SGUL/Trust ID card must be shown on registration.
The Dragon Card scheme is not open to members of the public.
- How do I get a Dragon Card?
You can collect your Dragon Card from the SU Shop or Bar.
Your Dragon Card must be activated by a member of staff before you can use it.
- How do I check how many Dragon points I have?
Your Dragon points balance will be displayed at the bottom of your till receipt.
- What happens if I forget to present my Dragon Card at the time of purchase?
Dragon Card points can only be awarded if your card is presented at the time pf purchase.
- Can I collect Dragon Card points on purchases from the Eshop?
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect points on Eshop purchases.
- Can I collect or redeem Dragon Card points at Peabody’s or Pret a Manager?
The Dragon Card can only be used in the SU Shop and SU Bar.
- Can I collect or redeem Dragon card points on Oyster top ups or stamps?
Oyster top ups and stamps are excluded from the Dragon Card loyalty scheme.
- Where can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at the SU Shop and Bar.
- Can I use my points to buy drinks in the bar on events nights?
The Dragon Card cannot be used to collect or redeem points in the SU Bar on ticketed events nights.
