Dear Fine George’s Students

 

I’m sure many of you know about RAG and the events that have been going on over the last week. We still have another week of action packed events and lots of prizes to be won!

 

So far we have raised over £3,000 and would like to thank everybody who has been involved and encourage those who haven’t.

 

Friday 14th (tonight) – Comedy Night £5 entry in the SU Bar

Line up includes REVUE, PAUL SINHA and TREVOR LOCK.

 

Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th – Bucketeering 10am in the SU

Prizes include WINDOWS TABLET, TV, Rugby shirt and Bar/School shop tabs.

 

Sunday 16th – Swimathon 1-6pm Tooting Leisure Centre – You can donate to the Swimathon by visiting their JustGiving page http://www.justgiving.com/Georges-Swimathon

 

Monday 17th –  Bucketeering 8am-5pm in Su Office – top fundraiser wins flying lesson!

Woman o’ Woman in the SU bar, £1 to enter (email charities@su.sgul.ac.uk to sign up) and £2 to watch – Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start

 

Tuesday 18th – Bucketeering 8am-5pm in the SU office – Top fundraiser wins an iPod Shuffle!

Auction in the bar, starting at 6pm. A variety of awesome items up for grabs include top price rugby tickets, holidays, car parking spaces and a tour of the third floor.

 

Wednesday 19th – Bucketeering 8am-5pm in the SU office – Top Fundraiser wins a Skeleton, a one-on-one anatomy session with Dr Szarko and an opportunity to spend a day in orthopedic surgery!

Scavenger Circles in the SU Bar starting at 7pm, £1 entry, definitely not one to be missed! Use your team skills, cunning and wit to win the best team in SGUL.

 

Thursday 20th – Bucketeering 8am-5pm in the SU office – Top fundraiser wins a Rally Car Experience!

Salsa Night in the SU bar starting at 7pm with an hour’s professional salsa tuition and a DJ playing till late…Boys, this may be a time to make up for forgotten Valentine’s Presents! Entry is £4 and sangria is £2 a glass.

 

Friday 21st – Bucketeering 8am – 5pm in the SU office – Top fundraiser wins a Bicycle!

R.A.G. Disco starting at 8pm in the SU bar. Come along to the disco with something beginning with R, A or G, be it a Racer, an Aardvark or a Guava or anything else …You decide! Entry is £5 with a Radio One DJ taking us into the early hours.

 

Saturday 22nd – Bucketeering – 10am in the SU office (or a rest day!)

 

Sunday 23rd – Pram Race 3pm in Wimbledon, starting at O’Neils Pub

Form a team and travel from pub to pub in Wimbledon with trollies (prams).

£2 entry and 5-pub route.
