Radiology Society

RadSoc was established in 2012 and has steadily grown in popularity since then.

  • We organise lectures and workshops delivered by experienced consultants and registrars
  • We aim to improve interest in radiology as a potential career
  • We help students with radiology-related exam questions and OSCE skills such as plain film interpretation

Our events include:

  • Cutting-edge lectures (e.g. AI in Radiology)
  • Information evenings on subspecialities (e.g. Interventional Radiology)
  • Crash-course revision sessions (e.g. Chest X-ray interpretation)

We continuously strive to be a friendly, useful and accessible society and look forward to seeing you at our future events.

Each session will cost £1, and all proceeds will go to the St George's Paediatric Radiology area refresh fund.

The charity has already made a great impact in the area where children wait with their families for an ultrasound scan. This can be a nervous time and the addition of TVs and wall designs has added some improvement. The charity would like to make the whole area even more friendly and welcoming with TVs, wall designs and distractional play activities.

We hope to see you there!
