These events involve Gifted & Talented Year 8/9 young people working together on three practical, applied science/technology related activities, within mixed-school teams of four. The events are hosted by local colleges and universities, and typically are attended by 100 young people and their teachers.
The events have become very popular with schools. Each year we recruit teams of medical students to lead the activities. The students should have good communication skills and be available for at least some of the events taking place between June and mid-July 2017.
