Focus on Mindfulness

Students are invited to join weekly 30-minute online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction sessions on Wednesdays at 12:30pm. 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a practice that brings the benefits of meditation into everyday life. In the current circumstances there may never be a better time to renew, deepen or begin such a supportive and non-judgemental approach.  

The sessions are structured so that those who need to leave after 30 minutes can do so and those who want to ask questions or reflect on the mindfulness practice can stay for a further ten minutes - verbal participation is voluntary.
