Postgraduate Freshers Fayre - Tues 31st August 10am - 4pm
Undergraduate Freshers Fayre - Mon 28th September 10am - 4pm

The deadline for completing this form is Friday 20th August at 5:00pm - please note that any requests sent after this time will not be accepted. The email address entered under best contact will be used for all further communication regarding the Fayres, so please use an email address that is regularly checked (it can be a personal address or society address).

Requests are provided on a first-come, first-served basis; if you require additional resources (poster boards, power supply etc) please make sure you send in your request form ASAP. Use the 'Any Other Requests' field to let us know of any additional requirements you may have - if you wish to be placed near to another society, for example. We will do what we can to accommodate wherever possible.

Thank you for filling in this form, and you'll hear from us soon. So long as you email in before the deadline, you'll receive a spot at the Fayre; confirmations of table layout and stall location will be sent out at least three days before the Postgraduate Fayre.
