St. George's Students' Union Annual General Meeting
AGM is a meeting open to the whole student body, of which we are asking at least one representative from each club/society/community project to attend. For the meeting to go ahead it is vital that we meet a quorum of at least 60 -- obviously the more we have, the merrier!
MONDAY 2nd of July, 5.30pm, LT F
There will be FREE PIZZA!! And of course you are welcome to bring along work -- it's a busy time for all of us!
The business of the meeting will be as follows:
Ratification of minutes from the previous AGM ('10-'11)
Report of the Trustees on the Union's activities
Open Questions to the Trustees by Members
End of Year Reports from the Executive
Accounts of the Union for the financial year 2011-12 (PAPER A)
Appointment of the auditors (PAPER A)
Approval of the list of affiliations of the Union (PAPER A)
Amendments to the constitution of SGSU (PAPER B)
You are welcome to bring any other agenda items you wish to talk about. Please email email@example.com in the first instance.
Following our annual review of Union regulations and policy we have made some constitutional amendments which need to be ratified at this meeting.
If you have any queries then please do not hesitate to contact myself, Katie, Lauren or Nathan.
