Societies at George's

There is an overwhelming wealth of clubs, societies and community projects on offer here at George’s. In this section are brief notes regarding most of them. Join as many as you like – we would definitely recommend you join at least one as it is well accepted that it is a great way to make friends and meet people.

If you can’t find what you want here, there are two other options:

1. We are a member of ULU who offer a wide range of sports clubs and societies. Go along to one of the ULU Open Days to see what they have to offer, get hold of a ULU guide (available at the Freshers’ Fayre), or check out the ULU website.

2. You can set up a club of your choice if you can muster up enough interest. If you decide that you want to do this, click here for more information or see either the Sports or Societies Officers who can give you more information.
