UH Revue
About the event
It's the time of year when we remember the day when St. George himself sat down in the pub and told that fateful joke. The joke, which was so well received by Bart Bartson of Barts and the three little princes of RUMS, coined a competition - who, out of these five gentlemen, could tell the funniest joke? During the organisation of the competition, a row between the three little princes broke out, destroying their union. One continued to perform under their previous alias, "The Royal Three" (later to be mispronounced as "The Royal Free"), whilst another became the King of King's (or GKT, as they prefer to be called). The final prince wished only to be left alone, but was eventually coerced into founding the Imperial Medic's Revue.
This is the story of how the first UH Revue was born, and the reason we step into the fire - to recreate the hilarity that these five heroes spread.
Good people of George's, whether you are a Revuer or a supporter, remember - we may be fewer than the other UH schools, but we topple dragons. LET'S SHOW THEM HOW THE FINEST IN THE LAND DO THINGS!
