Royal Society of Medicine
About the event
‘Working Together’ – Excellence in the NHS
We would like to invite students to collaborate with the Royal Society of Medicine on our second review of undergraduate education.
Thanks to generous sponsorship, this event is now free for students to attend.
The quality of care offered by health professionals in the NHS has never been more intensely scrutinised. Over a two-day forum in April we will explore how we - as students of nursing, midwifery, the allied health professions and medicine - can best be supported to collectively provide excellent patient care when we begin our careers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our report, which will then be published with your name as an author.
Featuring presentations from the following speakers -
Jane Cummings - Chief Nursing Officer, NHS England
Adebusuyi Adeyemi - Immediate Past Chair, Young Fabians Health Network
Dr Na’eem Ahmed - Clinical Fellow to National Medical Director, NHS England
- and with further contributions from the Care Quality Commission, Healthwatch England and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, don't miss this chance to be cited in a high-impact, national review of undergraduate education.
