SGUL Pole Fitness
The PoleFit Society is now entering its fourth year here at St George’s. Pole Fitness is a fun, challenging sport that combines many different forms of exercise from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training. It has many benefits, such as increasing strength and flexibility and building self-esteem. Members won’t realise they are working out but they will definitely see and feel results! We’re a really friendly bunch, all shapes and sizes and abilities range from complete beginners up. We also have some fantastic socials! We’re really lucky that for the past year, we’ve been working with a fab instructor- Judit! Her website is here- http://www.superwomanpoledance.co.uk/ so make sure to have a look. If you’d like to get involved (and we’d love you to!), make sure you check out our facebook page (below) and email anyone on the committee with any questions.
