We encourage every single one of you to get involved in sport at George’s. It is THE BEST way to make friends at the beginning and to meet upper year students. We are known as the top athletic medical school in all of Europe (kind of), and we also have the best sport social scene.
Wednesday night is sport circles night, where all the teams at George’s go to the SU bar to celebrate their victories (we rarely lose...obviously); it is always a great night with an amazing atmosphere. So if you are not a sporty person, why not join a team for the social side of things?!
